2. Ticket Replacements

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the rare event that a raffle draw is canceled or postponed, participants will be notified via email and social media. The following options may be offered:

  • Transfer of your ticket to a rescheduled draw.

  • Full refund of the ticket price if the event is permanently canceled.

Refunds for canceled events will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Prizes and Returns

All non-cash prizes, such as cars, are awarded “as is” and cannot be returned or exchanged. Winners are responsible for:
